12 conchiglione

3 fresh figs

1 onion

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar flavoured with figs

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 scoop of mozzarella cheese

Pink Himalayan salt

Basil

Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 20 MIN
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Mix the oil and fig vinegar to make a vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the figs and mozzarella into large wedges, then add them to the vinaigrette.
Step 3
Cook the conchiglioni al dente (refer to the cooking time indicated on the package).
Step 4
Then add them to the vinaigrette-figues-mozzarella mixture.
Step 5
Mix well, sprinkle with basil and serve immediately.
Author's note
The proportions can be reduced for an Italian entry. Candied red peppers, dried tomatoes or pine nuts can be added to this salad....
