6 tomatoes

20 cl of tomato sauce

3 chopped steaks

3 cloves of garlic

1 onion

100 g mushroom

10 pickles

Oregano

Basil

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Slice the onion and garlic and fry them in a large saucepan with the previously minced meat.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms and add them to the pan. Sauté, all without oil, the meat rejects enough.
Step 3
Slice the pickles and tomatoes, add them and cook them over low heat until they have returned their water.
Step 4
When the tomatoes have returned their water, add the herbs: basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Then add the tomato coulis to thicken the sauce.
Step 5
For the seasoning: taste and adjust to your taste.
Step 6
Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
