200 g beef (one piece)

Olive oil

basil leaf



Preparation

Preparation: 15 min
Step 1
Finely cut the piece of beef (freeze it to make very thin slices, or ask your butcher to do it).
Step 2
Put the slices on a plate, sprinkle with basil as much as you like, and cover with olive oil. Marinate for at least 2 hours in the cold.
Step 3
Serve as is, with lemon pieces.
Step 4
Add some nice parmesan shavings if necessary.
I add my grain of salt
