Eggplant Lasagna with Beef

300 g grilled eggplant (frozen)

4 burgers 8% MG

300 g tomato, diced

20 g shallot, diced

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil (flavoured with basil or garlic)

2 tablespoons chopped basil

Grated Parmesan cheese



Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 240°C (thermostat 8).
Step 2
Spread the eggplants on a baking sheet and heat them for 5 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl: mix meat, 2/3 of the tomatoes, garlic, shallot, oil and half basil, salt and pepper.
Step 4
(Suggestion before mixing: sauté garlic, shallot and basil in a frying pan with oil).
Step 5
Oil a lasagna dish (with a kitchen brush) and arrange alternately: eggplants, meat and tomato mixture, eggplants, meat and tomato mixture, eggplants.
Step 6
Place the remaining tomato cubes on the last layer of eggplant and basil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 8
Serve hot.
