1 eggplant

4 slices of raw ham

125 g Roquefort cheese

1 bunch of basil

Olive oil

Pepper

Salt

1 glass of water

Cooking time: 8 min
Step 1
Cut the aubergine lengthwise, make slices 1.5 to 2 cm thick.
Step 2
In a non-stick skillet, brown the eggplant slices over high heat with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Once cooked from both ribs, add a glass of water and let the water evaporate over low heat.
Step 4
Take a gratin dish, flatten the eggplant slices, spread a piece of raw ham, a few basil leaves and Roquefort cheese.
Step 5
Roll it all up and pass to 180°, thermostat 6, for 3 min.
Step 6
Once out of the oven, add a dash of olive oil and a few basil leaves for decoration.
Step 7
