1 onion

1 zucchini

2 tomatoes

4 basil leaves

1 whole egg

20 g Parmesan cheese

180 g shells

7.5 cl thick fresh cream

1 tablespoon olive oil



Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Chop the onion. Gently melt it in olive oil.
Step 2
Cut the courgette into small cubes.
Step 3

Scald the tomatoes (in the water of the cooking pasta), peel and crush them.

Add the finely chopped basil. Book.

Put everything in a hollow dish, add the mixture from the bowl and then the tomatoes with basil.

Mix well and enjoy immediately with a green salad.
