200 g artichoke heart

125 g individual cottage cheese 0%

80 g fresh cheese

1 shallot

Basil

Salt

Pepper

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth cream.
Step 2
Put in glass jars in a cool place for about 30 minutes.
Step 3
To be enjoyed with a fresh aperitif, with a small spoon or toast of toasted bread.
