500 g of farfalle

3 tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

1 onion

3 basil leaves

1 tablespoon tomato paste

20 cl of fresh cream (optional)

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Boil a large quantity of salted water, and immerse the farfalle in it (cooking time indicated on the package).
Step 2
Meanwhile, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil until transparent.
Step 3
Add garlic, diced tomatoes, basil and tomato paste. Allow to reduce for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and put it in a frying pan or wok to fry it with the sauce.
Step 5
At the last minute, add the fresh cream for the gourmands.
