Fillet of cod with peppers

Fillet of cod with peppers

Number of people

2 saithe fillets

1 zucchini

1 red pepper

1 bunch of basil

1 clove of garlic

1 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons of semi thick fresh cream

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 knob of butter

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Peel and remove the seeds from the courgette
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the pepper and wash it
Step 3
Cut the zucchini and half the pepper into thin slices
Step 4
Brown them in olive oil with garlic and basil. Book a room
Step 5
Mix the remaining pepper with garlic and basil. Add the fresh cream and spices. Book a room
Step 6
Rinse the fish with clean water. Flour it and cook it in butter. Be careful, white fish tends to detach when cooked.
Step 7
Heat the pepper cream and pour it over the fish.
