1 tray of green tagliatelle with basil

1 standard tagliatelle tray

6 dried tomatoes, cut into small cubes

1/4 chorizo, cut into slices and then diced

450 g frozen seafood

15 cl of fresh cream

Olive oil

Chopped basil

Step 1
Cook the pasta as indicated on the package.
Step 2
At the same time, in a frying pan, sauté the seafood in a little olive oil until the water is full.
Step 3
Then add the chorizo cubes, then the dried tomatoes. Season and add the crème fraîche.
Step 4
When the cream is hot, add the basil and then the drained pasta. Mix well, cook for 5 minutes and serve.

It is really a delicious dish, and the recipe was improvised the first time with leftovers... The chorizo-seafood blend is really original and tasty. It's quick and easy, don't ask for too much crockery...
