Fresh tomato and goat cheese dome

Number of people

6 tomatoes

1 fresh goat cheese (chavroux type)

150 g herbed fine cheese (boursin...)

Olive oil

Basil (or chives)

Preparation: 10 min
Step 1
Scald the tomatoes and peel them (without burning yourself).
Step 2
Empty the tomatoes without piercing them (as for stuffed tomatoes) then salt the inside.
Step 3
Mix the fresh goat cheese and boursin and stuff the 6 tomatoes.
Step 4
Turn them over in the serving dish, sticking them together.
Step 5
Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle with basil.
Step 6
Cover the dish with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
Step 7
Serve very chilled.
