3 medium potatoes peeled and cubed

3 cl water

2.5 cl olive oil

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

75 g goat tomme, grated or in pieces

Pepper

Salt

2 beaten eggs


Preparation

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cook the potatoes in water (about 20 min).
Step 2
Empty the water and crush the flesh, then add the rest of the ingredients in order.
Step 3
Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 4
Divide the mixture into buttered ramekins or baking paper-lined ramekins for easier demolding or silicone muffin cups.
Step 5
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, wait a few minutes before unmoulding and serve as an appetizer or with a green salad with bacon.
