1 sprig of rosemary

3 tablespoons of olive oil

8 basil leaves

2 slices of smoked bacon breast

300 g fresh goat cheese

60 g pitted green olive

3 eggs

Pepper and salt

200 g cake flour (important!)

Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Work the goat cheese and eggs with an electric whisk. Gradually add the olive oil, flour and finely chopped rosemary. Salt and pepper. Add the olives with a spatula to avoid damaging them, then the bacon and chopped basil leaves.
Step 2
Oil a cake pan and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at Th 6-7 (200°C).
