1 slightly firm fresh goat cheese

10 black olives

Olive oil

Coriander powder

Pepper

Salt

Finely chopped basil

5 walnuts, coarsely chopped

Step 1
Spread the cheese.
Step 2
Prepare the tapenade by crushing the olives with the oil, spices, basil and nuts.
Step 3
Line the cheese with tapenade and roll it into a large sausage.
Step 4
Wrap it in cling film and put it in a cool place.
Step 5
Serve as a starter in large slices on a bed of curly green salad drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Author's note
It is possible to serve the salad with grated parmesan cheese or in small pieces.
