1 eggplant

2 courgettes

2 cloves of garlic

200 g canned tomato

2 tablespoons basil

80 g grated gruyère cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 small jar of fresh cream

1 shortcrust pastry

2 eggs

Pepper

Salt



Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 1 HR
Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cut the aubergine and courgettes into cubes. Chop the garlic.
Step 2
In a frying pan, heat the oil and add the vegetables and garlic.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper and cook 15 min over low heat.
Step 4
Add the diced tomatoes and cook for 15 min.
Step 5
Add the basil and cook for 2 min.
Step 6
Roll out the dough and place the vegetables on it.
Step 7
Beat together the eggs, gruyère and crème fraîche.
Step 8
Pour this preparation over the vegetables and bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6).
