6 eggs

30 cl thick fresh cream

Pepper

1 bunch of basil

70 g whole Parmesan cheese

1 pinch of coarse salt

3 marinated dried tomatoes

1 clove of garlic



Preparation

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Beat the whole eggs and crème fraîche. Season with pepper. Book.
Step 2
Grate the parmesan cheese.
Step 3
Mix together, either in a food processor or in a pestle, the basil leaves, dried tomatoes cut into small pieces, coarse salt, crushed garlic clove, grated parmesan cheese to obtain a dry pesto (without oil).
Step 4
Mix the two preparations.
Step 5
Pour the appliance into 6 silicone muffin cups (or alternatively into a baking pan covered with parchment paper).
Step 6
Bake in the oven (thermostat 6/180°C) for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Enjoy hot or cold.
Author's note
These fantasies are variations of Italian frittata. The base is always the same (eggs and cream) and the fragrance changes according to your imagination. They are actually mini scented omelettes baked in the oven.
