2 courgettes

200 g butterfly pasta

2 chicken breasts

1 red pepper

100 g pine nuts

Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Cut your chicken breasts into pieces, dice the red peppers and throw them in a frying pan with olive oil.
Step 2
Boil the salted water for the pasta.
Step 3
Wash and peel the courgettes in a peeler to create "courgette tagliatelle", brown them in a frying pan in olive oil.
Step 4
Cook your pasta.
Step 5
Once the pasta is cooked, brown it over high heat in the pan used to cook the courgettes, as well as the pine nuts.
Step 6
Once all the ingredients are cooked, place your dish on large plates:

Place the zucchini tagliatelle in the centre, the pasta around, salt and pepper.
Step 8
Place the chicken pieces and peppers on the courgette tagliatelle.
Step 9
Sprinkle with pine nuts, parmesan cheese shavings (cut in a peeler's oven) and finally fresh basil. Pour back a last drizzle of olive oil.

You can replace the chicken with raw ham or tuna
