Light salted cake

Number of people

70 g flour

90 g cornstarch (if you don't have any flour)

1 sachet of baking powder

2 tomatoes, diced

1 eggplant, diced

2 eggs

1 zucchini, diced

1 pepper, diced


150 g cottage cheese 0% mat. fat

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Cut the vegetables into cubes.
Step 2
Mix the flour/maizena and yeast. Separate the whites from the egg yolks.
Step 3
Add the egg yolks to the flour and add the cottage cheese. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Add them to the previous mixture. Mix gently and garnish with salt, pepper and don't forget to put the chopped vegetables and basil (or chives for you to see)
Step 5
Put them all in a pre-floured cake dish and place them in a hot oven with thermostat 6 (180°C) for 45 minutes.
