2 mushrooms

100 g garlic and herbs boursin

1 slice of ham

Thinly sliced button mushrooms

Pepper

Salt

Basil

Parmesan cheese

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Grill the ham in a frying pan.
Step 2
Sauté the sliced mushrooms with olive oil and basil.
Step 3
Mix the Boursin with the sliced mushrooms, sliced grilled ham, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Stuff the mushroom heads with the mixture, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cook for 15-20 minutes, then grill for about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with a green walnut salad.
Author's note
Variation: Mix 30g of boursin with 50g of cottage cheese, add about 30g of surimi crumb and the stems of the grilled mushrooms in the pan.
