8 potatoes

2 onions

100 g poultry liver

20 cl of fresh cream

Pepper

Salt

Basil

Olive oil



Preparation

Preparation: 40 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Fry the onions in a little oil and mix them.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Step 3
Put them in a frying pan with oil, salt and pepper to taste, then add the basil (if it is fresh, make sure it does not burn!).
Step 4
Mix the onions and cream (salt, pepper) to make a sauce. A little cornstarch can be added if you want to thicken it.
Step 5
A few minutes before serving, crumble the chicken livers on the cooked sautéed potatoes.
Step 6
Serve with the onion sauce.
