250 g pasta of your choice
50 g feta cheese
1 can of sardine in olive oil
2 tomatoes
1 shallot or 1/2 onion
Basil (fresh or dry)
Pepper
Salt
Tabasco (optional, for the bravest)

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
So first cook the pasta at your convenience in boiling salted water.
Step 2
Meanwhile open the can of sardines without discarding the oil, pour the contents (including oil) into a plate and crush it with a fork.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes and salt them so that they give juice.
Step 4
Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and slice the shallot or onion finely.
Step 5
Now the pasta must be cooked, drain it (not too much so that it is not too dry), put it back in the pan and throw the feta first so that it melts a little, mix and pour the rest of the ingredients (tomatoes, sardines and shallot).
Step 6
Season to taste (don't be afraid to add pepper) and sprinkle with basil (you can add tabasco for a spicier taste).
Step 7
Mix one last time and serve.
