4 red peppers

2 ripe tomatoes

1/2 bunch of basil (about)

2 cloves of garlic

1 sachet of Madeira jelly

2 tablespoons olive oil

Pepper

Salt

Step 1
Grill the peppers sprinkled with olive oil under the broiler, when the skin is black, peel them.
Step 2
Scald and peel the tomatoes and put them in a colander with coarse salt to drain them.
Step 3
Cut the peppers into strips and dice the tomatoes and put them in a bowl with the chopped basil and garlic.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil.
Step 5
Prepare the jelly as indicated on the bag (be careful to make it a little thick).
Step 6
Place the vegetables in a bowl, pour the jelly on top and put in the fridge for several hours so that the jelly holds.
Step 7
Unmould before serving fresh.
