Pineapple juice (ready to use)

Step 1
Pour the pineapple juice into a bowl.
Step 2
Cut the pineapple into cubes. Add the coarsely chopped basil.
Step 3
Do not use canned pineapple or mini pineapple (too sweet).
Step 4
Let macerate in the refrigerator for about 12 hours.
Author's note
Very fresh all year round. Pineapple is a fat eater, so what could be more ideal after a meal.
