Pink aperitif appetizers

Number of people

2 whole eggs

100 g flour

1/2 bag of yeast

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons of tomato puree

3 tablespoons grated gruyère cheese

3 tablespoons of olives stuffed with peppers

2 tablespoons chopped basil (fresh or dried)


Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170-180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Mix the eggs with the flour and yeast.
Step 3
Add the olive oil and then the tomato purée. Cut the olives in 4, add them to the preparation.
Step 4
Finally, add the grated cheese, basil and finally the pepper.
Step 5
Using two small spoons, place the preparation in bite moulds.
Step 6
Bake for about fifteen minutes at 170-180°C.
Author's note
This quantity allows me to fill two moulds, or about thirty bites.
