Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Prepare the polenta according to the instructions in the package.
Step 2
Thaw and drain the spinach.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Step 4
In a gratin dish, put successively:

1 layer of polenta.
Step 6
1 layer of salted and peppered spinach.
Step 7
1 layer of polenta.
Step 8
1 layer of tomatoes with the herbs of the pepper salt.
Step 9
1 layer of polenta, etc.....
Step 10
Finish with polenta (same as lasagna...).

Sprinkle with cheese of your choice, or even a mixture for the most "processed cheeses"!!!

Put in the hot oven (200°c) for 30 minutes.

Serve hot with a green salad.

Variation: You can also add thick slices of ham to the tomatoes.

You can replace spinach with other vegetables: pre-cooked leek carrots, ratatouille etc...

Advice: do not skimp on herbs. Personally I use fresh herbs that I chop very coarsely
