800 g pork (loin or fillet)

150 g salami

2 cans of tomato pulp

1 bag pitted green olive

2 onions

1 clove of garlic

Basil

Laurier

Thyme

Paprika

Pepper



Preparation

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
In a large saucepan, sauté the chopped onions and garlic. Add the diced pork, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
When the meat is a little coloured, add the salami in slices (without skin), then the tomato pulp, herbs, spices and olives.
Step 3
Cover and simmer over low heat for about 1h30.
Author's note
Variant of the recipe for "veal sauté with chorizo", introduced by Patricia Rollin. Modified due to a lack of the main ingredients (veal and chorizo!).
