4 turkey or chicken cutlets

2 peppers (red and yellow)

1 zucchini

4 tomatoes or 20 cherry tomatoes

1 shallot (depending on size)

4 tablespoons of mustard, if possible flavoured (Proven├žal or tarragon style)

Lemon juice

2 cloves of garlic (powdered is good too)

Coriander

Basil

Herbs of Provence

Curry

Tabasco

Olive oil

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Place each raw cutlet on a piece of aluminum foil.
Step 2
Slice the courgettes, shallots, peppers, tomatoes and place them on the cutlets.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, add herbs and spices if desired (curry, cumin, tabasco for spicy flavours!)
Step 4
Add a good tablespoon of mustard to the cutlets, a drizzle of olive oil and a drizzle of lemon juice.
Step 5
Close the papillotes tightly and place them in a dish with a little water in the bottom.
Step 6
Bake 20 to 30 min depending on the size of the cutlets in a hot oven (thermostat 6, 180°).

Easy, convenient, economical and fast. To impress the friends!!!!! To be enjoyed with semolina such as "gourmet cereals" or fresh pasta or a small gratin.
