2 courgettes

1 onion

1 eggplant

35 cl of milk

1 egg

50 g grated gruyère cheese

50 g oatmeal flakes

Pepper

Salt

Basil

Cooking time: 35 min
Step 1
Fry the onion in an oiled frying pan for 5 minutes. Add the courgettes cut into slices and the eggplant cut into cubes, salt, pepper and cook for about ten minutes.
Step 2
Pour in the oatmeal, mix and remove from heat.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the milk, beaten egg and grated cheese. Season with salt, pepper and basil.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Step 5
Mix the two preparations, pour into a gratin dish. The liquid must cover the vegetables, otherwise add a little milk.
Step 6
Cook for 35 minutes at 220°C.
Step 7
Serve hot as a unique vegetarian dish or as an accompaniment to meat.
