8 red mullet fillets

2 sheets of brick

4 spoons of tapenade,

2 sprigs of basil

1 drizzle of olive oil

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Cut the brick sheets in half (2 ½ circles).
Step 3
Spread 4 fillets of red mullet with tapenade (flesh side) sprinkle with basil and place the other fillets on top on the flesh side against the tapenade.
Step 4
Place on the ½ sheets of brick, close and tie the ends with kitchen string.
Step 5
Variant : Mini chaplains for the aperitif, cut the brig sheets into 4 and close as a chaplain with the string.
Step 6
Bake between 6 min (for appetizers) and 10 min for candies.
Step 7
Let cool and remove the strings gently.
Step 8
Serve hot.
