Revisited parmentier minced meat (with vegetables)

Number of people

500 g ground pork sauté

250 g bacon

1 l vegetable (choice of vegetables)

1 sachet of mashed potatoes

1 carrot

1 zucchini

1 tomato

1 pinch of basil

1 pinch of chives

10 cl of liquid cream

10 cl of milk

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

1 handful of breadcrumbs

5 servings of laughing cow®" (+ to taste or other cheese)

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Peel the carrot and zucchini and cut them into brunoise.
Step 2
Set aside the zucchini.
Step 3
Fry the small cubes of carrots in a frying pan with a little oil for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the tomato into small pieces, add to the carrots and sauté 5 min and finally add the courgettes.

Season with salt, pepper, powdered (or chopped) basil and chives.
Step 6
Leave to cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then add the bacon.

Once the bacon is cooked, add the chopped pork sauté and season if necessary.

Once the meat is cooked, set aside.
Step 9
Start preheating the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).

In a large saucepan, put the soup (I had velvety 8 vegetables) and heat it up.

Once the soup is hot, add the purée bag and stir until it thickens.

Add the 10 cl of milk and cream and stir.
Step 13
Cook another 2 to 3 min, making sure that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

In a large gratin dish, place the meat and vegetables, spread out and cut small pieces of laughing cow and spread them over the meat. Finally, add the soup puree and spread.

Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Put in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes and serve
