Number of people
For the salad:

1 handful of salad

1 tomato

1 slice of raw ham

1 slice of sandwich bread

50 g of cheese (goat cheese, blue cheese, camembert, follow your taste buds!)
For the vinaigrette:

1 teaspoon mustard

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon of water

1 tablespoon walnut oil

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

1 pinch garlic

1 pinch of basil

Preparation: 20 min
Step 1
Place the handful of salad in the middle of the plate.
Step 2
Cut the Bayonne ham into small pieces and place it on the salad.
Step 3
Cut the tomato into small cubes and scatter on the plate.
Step 4
Toast the slice of bread. Cut it into small cubes and place them on the plate.
Step 5
Cut the cheese into small cubes or long strips and place on the plate.
Step 6
Mix mustard and vinegar in a bowl. Add garlic, pepper, salt.
Step 7
Add the oils, emulsify by whisking, then the water.
Step 8
The mixture must be well homogeneous. Finish with the basil.
