1 salad

Lettuce or oak leaf

12 walnut kernels

1 large handful of raisins, preferably blond

40 g goat cheese

40 g blue cheese or Roquefort cheese

40 g cantal or county cheese or other hard cheese
For the vinaigrette:

Old-fashioned mustard

Balsamic vinegar

Olive oil

Pepper

Salt

1 basil or other herbs at the discretion of the cook

10 cl semi-thick cream

Step 1
Peel the salad. Book.
Step 2
Cut the 3 cheeses into small pieces of equivalent size. Be careful: do not mix them right away, non-drying cheeses tend to agglomerate quickly. Book.
Step 3
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing oil and vinegar, spices and herbs, old-fashioned mustard and finally semi-thick fresh cream, tasting gradually until the desired quantity is obtained (do not skimp on the salad, it must be covered with it, so the vinaigrette must be very creamy).
Step 4
Mix the salad with the vinaigrette, then sprinkle the cheese pieces so they do not form packages, as well as the walnut kernels crushed into medium pieces and the grapes.

The antithesis of the salad diet.... Dietetic? Ideal for those who don't like salad, which only serves as a pretext for an avalanche of cheeses!
