Number of people

2 cans of crumbled salmon

3 eggs

100 g feta cheese

50 g grated parmesan cheese

200 g sifted flour

1 sachet of baking powder

5 cl olive oil

10 cl whole milk

10 basil leaves, minced

2 tablespoons chopped chives

Butter for the mould

2 pinches of grated nutmeg

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
Butter a cake pan and put it in the fridge.
Step 3
Then cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
Step 4
Then, mix in a bowl the flour, yeast, white pepper, salt and grated nutmeg.

Then add the eggs one by one, the oil and the milk.
Step 6
Add the parmesan cheese to the dough, then the basil, chives, feta cheese cubes and salmon.
Step 7
Pour the preparation into the pan.
Step 8
Bake for 45 minutes.
Step 9
Check the cooking by pricking the dough with the tip of a knife, it must come out dry.
Step 10
Wait until the cake cools to room temperature to enjoy it and serve it with a mesclun salad.
