Salmon-cream-cucumber bricks

Number of people

4 sheets of brick

4 tablespoons of thick fresh cream

16 pine nuts

4 cucumber slices

2 slices of smoked salmon

1 clove of garlic

3 basil leaves

4 pinches of chopped chives

Olive oil (with basil, it's even better)

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 4 min
Step 1
Put the garlic in the garlic press and finely chop the basil. Mix the 2 ingredients (using a pestle for example).
Step 2
In a small saucepan, grill the pine nuts a little with a thin drizzle of oil.
Step 3
On each brick sheet, place half a slice of salmon, a little garlic-basil mixture in the centre, place a tablespoon of cream, 4 pine nuts, and a slice of cucumber cut into small pieces. Add the chives.
Step 4
Close the brick sheets by folding them on each side and use toothpicks to keep them closed.
Step 5
Pour oil into a large frying pan and fry the prepared brick leaves 2 min on each side.
Step 6
Serve immediately with a small seasoned salad.
Author's note
To prevent the brig sheets from breaking when you fold them, place them on a damp cloth. Enjoy your meal!
