2 salmon steaks

2 lemongrass

2 tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

1 half of lemon not badly treated

10 basil leaves

1 drizzle of olive oil

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2
On each sheet of parchment paper, place the salmon steak topped with chopped lemongrass, crushed garlic, tomato and lemon slices.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil.
Step 4
Season with pepper, close the foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with a duo of sweet potato and broccoli purée....
