2 courgettes
1/2 goat log
2 slices of smoked salmon
3 sheets of brick
2 tablespoons of pesto
Thyme
Basil

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Peel the courgettes and dice them thinly.
Step 2
Put them in a frying pan and fry them in a little olive oil for 5 minutes and add the pesto sauce and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Add thyme and basil to taste.
Step 3
Take a sheet of brick and cut it in half. Arrange on one half in a corner a little salmon in the shape of a triangle as well as the zucchini on top and a nice goat cheese slice.
Step 4
Perform the samoussa folding.
Step 5
Cook in a pan in a little olive oil until you get a nice golden samoussa!
Step 6
I serve them with avocado, grapefruit, shrimp and other tuna sammoussa verrines... um yum.
