800 g prawns or cooked shrimps, peeled

2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon of pine nuts

4 sprigs of parsley

2 sprigs of basil

5 tablespoons of olive oil

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 3 min
Step 1
Mix the chopped garlic, chopped herbs, pine nuts and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Step 2
In a frying pan, sauté the peeled prawns (or shrimps) for 2 minutes in the remaining hot oil. Add the herbal mixture.
Step 3
Season with salt, pepper and serve.
