600 g squid (chipirones)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 onions cut into strips

3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

Pepper

Salt

1/2 teaspoon Pili Pili Pili, flaked

1 tablespoon paprika

4 tomatoes, seeded and diced

Lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped basil

Cooking time: 7 min
Step 1
1) Heat the olive oil in a thick-bottomed frying pan.
Step 2
2) Sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes until they become transparent. Reserve.
Step 3
3) Blow up the squids. Season with salt, pepper, pili pili and paprika.
Step 4
4) Put the onions and garlic back in, add the diced tomatoes. Continue cooking over high heat, 5 minutes.
Step 5
5) Add the lemon juice.
Step 6
6) Divide the squid among the plates. Sprinkle with chopped basil.
