1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dry basil

150 g flour

80 g soft butter

2 eggs

80 g grated Emmentaler

80 g goat cheese (or other cheese)




Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 25 MIN
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and add the flour.
Step 2
Mix well and add the softened butter. Then add the crushed goat cheese and mix well. Finally add the Emmentaler and mix.
Step 3
Make pies on a baking sheet and bake in the oven (Th 6/7) for 10 minutes.
