100 g shell type pasta (raw)

200 g broccoli (frozen)

200 g button mushroom, minced (frozen)

100 g salted bacon

1 clove garlic, chopped

Pepper

Salt

Basil and chopped parsley

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
First thaw the broccoli and mushrooms in the microwave (15 min). Remove the water that has drained and put these vegetables aside.
Step 2
Then, in sync, on one side, cook the pasta and on the other side brown the salted bacon (10 min for each). When the bacon (and pasta) are almost cooked, fry a clove of chopped garlic, broccoli, mushrooms, salt, pepper and spice to your taste. Drain the pasta, put it under water, put it back in the pan, add the bacon etc., mix well, iron a little over the heat if necessary (be careful, mix well at the same time otherwise it may burn!). Serve and... Bon app├ętit!
