400 g farfalle (butterfly-shaped pasta)

1 bag of mixed frozen seafood

2 tomatoes

1 zucchini

2 shallots

Basil

30 g butter

10 cl white wine

2 tablespoons olive oil

Pepper

Salt




Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 40 MIN

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Rinse the tomatoes, cut them into small cubes. Do the same for the zucchini.
Step 2
Fry the peeled and chopped shallots and zucchini in the pan for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add white wine, seafood and pepper. Bring just to a boil.
Step 4
Add the diced tomatoes. Cook 30 sec over high heat and set aside.
Step 5
Meanwhile cook the pasta for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 6
Add the 30 g of butter to the pan over medium heat, whisking.
Step 7
Add pasta and basil.
Author's note
Keeping pasta "al dente" is better.
