Shrimps with cherry tomatoes

Number of people

1 kg of pink shrimp (preferably fresh)

250 g cherry tomato (one tray)

1 shallot

1 onion

Olive oil

White wine for cooking

Basil (fresh or frozen)

Herbs of Provence

Preparation: 25 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Shell the shrimp. Finely slice the onion and shallot.
Step 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half so that they evacuate their juice during cooking.
Step 3
Put everything in an oven dish.
Step 4
Drizzle generously with white wine and olive oil, sprinkle with chopped basil and herbes de Provence.
Step 5
Bake for 20 min at 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 6
Serve hot, enjoy!
Author's note
You can add spices to your taste and a little water to dilute the white wine.
