2 puff pastry pastries

6 slices of smoked salmon

1 jar of boursin with pepper

1 egg yolk

Basil or dill




Preparation 
TOTAL TIME: 25 MIN
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Turn on the oven at 180°.
Step 2
On an ovenproof baking sheet, spread a puff pastry.
Step 3
Spread the pot of boursin
Step 4
Cover slices of smoked salmon with the other puff pastry.
Step 5
Brush the egg yolk (for colouring the dough). Sprinkle with basil and/or dill.
Step 6
Bake and enjoy: -)
