200 g shells

1/2 red pepper

1/2 green pepper

3 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tomatoes

150 g tuna in oil

Basil

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Seed the peppers.
Step 2
Cut them into thin strips.
Step 3
Brown them in olive oil over low heat.
Step 4
Add the sliced tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Leave to cook for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Cook the shells for 8 to 10 minutes in boiling water.
Step 7
Add the tuna and its oil to the vegetable purée and mix with the shells.
