1 can of tuna
2 tomatoes
2 scoops of mozzarella
Olive oil
Basil

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cut the onion and fry it in the pan with the oil.
Step 2
Mix the tuna crumbs with the onion, add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them on the mixture.
Step 4
Cut the mozzarella into slices and place them on the tomatoes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with basil. Cover and let cook, enjoy as soon as the mozzarella is melted.
Author's note
The tuna may return juice so empty it. Serve with a green salad.
