Spaghetti with a southern flavour

Number of people

50 g spaghetti

6 cherry tomatoes

6 dried tomatoes

1 zucchini

3 slices of raw ham

1 clove of garlic

Olive oil

Basil (fresh or frozen)

10 black olives

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Sauté the diced courgette in a frying pan with olive oil and a clove of chopped garlic for 5-6 min.
Step 2
Cut the dried tomatoes into pieces, pitted the black olives and cut them into pieces.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes into small wedges and the slices of raw ham into strips.
Step 4
Cook the spaghetti 11 min in boiling salted water + drizzle of olive oil.
Step 5
Add the dried tomato + olive + ham mixture to the zucchini and cook very gently.
Step 6
When the spaghetti is cooked and drained, add a little olive oil and add the mixture (tomatoes, courgettes...) and the chopped basil.
Step 7
Enjoy your meal.

Be careful not to add too much salt because black olives and dried tomatoes are already very salty.
