4 tomatoes

2 onions

2 cloves of garlic

2 teaspoons tomato paste

1 teaspoon basil

1 tablespoon parsley - olive oil (or butter)

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cut the squid into slices.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic clove.
Step 3
Put the tomatoes in boiling water for 4 minutes to make it easier to remove the skin.
Step 4
Shell them, and cut the pulp into small cubes.
Step 5
Heat the olive oil, add the onions, diced squid, salt and pepper.
Step 6
Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, parsley, thyme, and basil.
Step 7
Cook the pasta in a large amount of boiling salted water with a tablespoon of olive oil.

Simmer on low heat for 1 hour.

When the pasta is cooked, drain it.

It's even better, when you let it simmer on low heat, the squids really get soaked in the sauce.
