Tagliatelle with salmon and cherry tomato delights

Number of people

12 tagliatelle

2 salmon steaks (350 to 400 g approximately)

1 spoonful of thyme


basil leaf and 5 sprigs of dill

4 large tablespoons of semi-thick fresh cream

5 tablespoons of olive oil

5 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon garlic powder

15 cherry tomatoes

Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cut the salmon into small cubes or slices. Let it marinate in oil, lemon and garlic for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the pasta to get the desired cooking time.
Step 3
When the salmon is well soaked in the marinade, cook it in a frying pan for only a few minutes, so that it is still tender. Then place it in a dish to keep it warm.
Step 4
Once the pasta is cooked and drained, pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil, as well as the various finely chopped herbs.
Step 5
Then cook the rest of the marinade and the crème fraîche over low heat; salt lightly.

Then add the sauce to your pasta.

You can now serve your dish, decorating it with the salmon pieces, as well as the cherry tomatoes cut in half.
