Thai chicken slices

300 g chicken breast

1 tablespoon oyster

1 tablespoon nuoc mam

1 tablespoon basil (dehydrated or fresh)

1/4 cube of bouquet garni

1/2 onion (optional)

Slice the chicken and onion.

Sauté it in a little olive oil.

Melt 1/4 cube of bouquet garni in it.

Then add the minced chicken.

Sauté until lightly browned.

Then add the two sauces and the basil.

Author's note
I use this recipe with all types of minced meat. On the other hand, sometimes I also add frozen green vegetables such as beans, broccoli, snow peas (you can also find a mix of frozen green vegetables in supermarkets) at the same time as adding sauces. I then let it cook longer to defrost the vegetables. It's very fast and simple!
