50 g rye flour

50 cl semi-skimmed milk

4 tomatoes

1 can of tuna

4 eggs

Basil

Parsley (optional)

Mixture of 4 spices

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 25 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
Step 2
Beat the eggs, add the milk, finely chopped herbs, spices (quantity according to your taste).
Step 3
Gently stir in the flour, stirring to break up any lumps. Add the crumbled tuna.
Step 4
Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and place them in a dish, skin side down.
Step 5
Pour the mixture over it and put it in the oven for about 25 minutes.
